Kindly go through our Exchange policies.

Please note that you can avail complete refund if the item is:

1- Not as described.

2- Having any materialistic damage

3- Technical issues from Lebay’s end such as (size, color etc)

Please note that Return/Delivery charges will be applied if the size issue comes from buyer’s end

Article will be exchanged on cost of Lebay if it meets any of above 3 conditions.

Note: Customers should mail the purchased product on their own back to our warehouse for exchange (within 7 business days)
