At Lebay.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

· Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

· It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

· You must request a return within [7-14] days of receiving your order.

· Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, or items marked Final Sale.

. Items purchased over a period of 25 days are not refundable/exchangeable

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [lebaystore.pk@gmail.com] with your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [7-10 business days].
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • 4% Government Sales/Income Tax Is Non refudnbale for COD parcels (amount will be deducted)

5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

· First, check your bank account again.

· Then contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
