6. How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery timeframes vary by location and product type:

• Standard delivery: 3–7 working days in major cities.
• Remote areas may take longer.
• We work with trusted courier partners but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen delays.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

7. What If I Want to Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our Customer Support. Once shipped, you may refuse to accept delivery, or request a return under our Return Policy.

8. Can I Return or Exchange an Item?

Yes! We want you to shop with confidence:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.
